摘要
在学校建设发展的关键机遇期,强调和突出"重品行、重能力、重实绩、顾大局"的"三重一顾"干部要求,具有丰富的内涵和重要的现实意义。贯彻执行"三重一顾"干部要求,对学校来说,就是要将其贯穿于干部教育培训的全领域、贯穿于干部选拔任用的全过程、贯穿于干部监督管理的全方面;对党员干部来说,就是要将其融入到理论学习中、落实到工作实践中。
The criterion of good cadres is ＂Three emphases and one consciousness＂, specifically, ＂emphasis on conduct, emphasis on competence, emphasis on performance and consciousness of overall situation＂. It has a rich meaning and an actual significance to pay a special attention to the criteria in the period of opportunity for the development of our university. For our university, the criteria should be applied to the whole process of cadres＇ education, appointment and supervision, and for the party members, it must be embodied in the theory study and the practical work.
