摘要
基于Qt、QWT以及FPGA多道分析器设计了γ谱分析软件。提出了实现数字多道分析器与γ谱分析软件的通信接口两者交互操作的方法;Qt结合QWT类库包使得谱分析软件有良好的操作及显示效果。利用Qt中QtSql提供的数据库接口驱动SQLite设计了核数据库,进行便携式谱仪核素识别要求的分析;软件将采集的能谱数据显示在主窗口。实验结果表明可对谱数据进行FIR高斯窗滤波平滑处理、寻峰、自适应本底扣除、能量刻度、高斯拟合峰面积、核素识别、谱线平移拖放等操作。
Based on Qt, QWT and FPGA multi -channel analyzer, the way of gamma- ray Spectroscopy analysis software is proposed. And the interactive communication between digital multi - channel analyzer and Spectroscopy analysis software is realized; Qt combined with QWT library package makes the display window spectrum analysis software having a good Operation and display effect. The design of the nucleus database uses the Qt database interface provided by QtSql driver SQLite , in order to complete the spectrum of nuclide identifica- tion requirements; collected the spectrum data can be displayed in the main window. The experimental results show that the spectral data can be treated by FIR Gaussian window smoothing, peak search, energy calibration, Nelder- Mead Gauss fitting peak area, shift drag and drop spectrum data.
