固相萃取-气相色谱法测定食用油中对羟基苯甲酸酯 被引量:14

摘要 目的建立了食用油中对羟基苯甲酸酯(甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、异丙酯、丁酯、异丁酯)同时测定的固相萃取气相色谱法。方法样品用正己烷-乙腈混合溶液提取,过HLB固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱法测定。结果 6种防腐剂在质量浓度为0.20 mg/L^10.0 mg/L时,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)≥0.999 4,方法的检出限为0.05 mg/kg^0.10 mg/kg,回收率为84.3%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~5.4%。结论此方法简单、快捷、灵敏,适用于食用油中6种对羟基苯甲酸酯的同时测定。 Objective To establish a method based on solid phase extraction combined with gas chromatography( SPE- GC) for the simultaneous determination of 6 parahydroxybenzoate esters( Methyl4- hydroxybenzoate,Ethylparaben,Propylparaben,Isopropylparaben,Butylparaben,Isobutyl 4- hydroxybenzoate) in edible oil. Methods Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up on a solid phase extraction column using HLB and detected with SPE- GC. Results The good linearity was obtained when the concentration of the 6 kinds of parahydroxybenzoate esters was among 0. 20 mg / L- 10. 0 mg / L( r≥0. 999 4),with the detection limits of 0. 05 mg / kg- 0. 10 mg / kg,the recoveries of 84. 3%- 99. 3% and relative standard deviation( RSD) of 1. 8%- 5. 4%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,which could be applied to the simultaneous quantification of 6 Parahydroxybenzoate esters in edible oil.
