摘要
我国经济的快速发展使得高净值人群日益扩大,个性化定制的财富管理需求旺盛,由此带来了财富保值、增值问题。另一方面,我国财富管理刚刚起步,商业银行、券商、保险等金融机构纷纷涌入这片"蓝海",但摆脱不了产品单一且同质化竞争严重的弊病,信托的制度优势与财富管理业务十分契合,为信托转型发展提供了可能。信托公司应充分挖掘自身制度优势,加强品牌建设,丰富产品类型,发力家族信托,满足高净值人群的个性化需求,创新盈利模式,形成核心竞争力,同时应嵌入互联网思维,加快信托转型升级。
The rapid development of China's economy makes HNWIs growing,exuberant customization wealthmanagement needs,which brought wealth and increase value issue. On the other hand,China's fledgling wealth man-agement,commercial banking,brokerage,insurance and other financial institutions flock to this"blue ocean",butcould not get rid of a single product homogenization of competition and serious shortcomings,institutional strengthsand wealth management business trust very fit,restructuring and development of the trust may be provided. Trustshould fully tap their institutional advantages,strengthen brand building,rich product type,force family trust,tomeet the individual needs of high net worth population,innovative profit model,the formation of the core competitive-ness,and should be embedded Internet thinking,speed up transformation and upgrading trust.
