摘要
目的探讨三向瓣膜式PICC在乳腺癌患者健肢置管中的应用效果并总结护理方法。方法选择60例乳腺癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,2组均行健肢置管,观察组给予综合护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组并发症及上肢水肿、健侧肢体功能恢复等情况。结果 2组均1次置管成功。置管后并发症发生率、上肢水肿程度、健侧肢体功能恢复等方面,观察组与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者健肢行三向瓣膜式PICC效果良好,应注意强化置管期间护理工作,保证置管后效果。
Objective To explore the effect of trifarious valve PICC for breast cancer patients with indwelling catheter in healthy limbs, and to summarize the nursing methods. Method A total of 60 breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as research ob- jects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. And patients in both groups implemented indwelling catheter in healthy limes. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing, compli- cations, edema in upper limb, and recovery of limb function in healthy limbs were compared. Results Patients in both groups had successful catheterizing. And there were significant differences in com- plications, edema of upper limbs, and recovery of limb function in healthy limbs after catheterizing in two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of trifarious valve PICC for breast cancer patients is significant, and nursing should be strengthened to ensure catheterizing effect.
