摘要
目的探讨手足口病患者应用炎琥宁联合蓝芩口服液治疗的护理措施。方法选取采用炎琥宁联合蓝芩口服液治疗的100例患儿作为观察对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础之上实施护理干预。观察2组患儿的护理效果以及2组患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的护理有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手足口病患儿实施有针对性的护理干预,能有效提高患儿的治疗效果,并提高患儿家属对护理的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore nursing measures of patients with hand foot mouth disease treated by Yanhuning combined with Lanqin oral liquid. Methods A total of 100 cases treated by Yanhuning combined with Lanqin oral liquid were selected as the observation objects, and were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group implemented nursing intervention on the ba- sis of routine nursing. Nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for children with hand foot and mouth disease can improve treatment efficacy of patients and satisfaction of family members. So it is worthy of popularization.
