Objective To investigate the impact of the production process of early intervention with postural related auxiliary facilities on birth outcomes, and provide reference for reasonable guide childbirth, and provide the basis for the prevention of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods 150 cases of pregnant women in orehospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were accepted physical examination as the observation group while pregnant women from June 2012 to June 2013 were not using birth with early intervention postural related auxiliary facilities, as a control group. Tradition. supine and semi-recumbent position for pregnant women in control group. Give birth ball position to intervene to be produced in observation group. Compare the labor time, pain, delivery mode in two groups. Results By different mode of.d.elivery, the birth rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group, the difference was statistically signiticant. Childbirth pain scores in observation group were lower than the control group. The first and second stage of labor in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. 2 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding was less in observation group than the control group (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). The third stage of labor groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Labor early intervention with postural child- birth facilities can shorten the first stage of labor. Relieve labor pain and improve natural birth rate, so it is worthy of promotion.
