摘要
将SPF鸡分为4组,分别注射PBS、仙台病毒囊膜(HVJ-E)、新城疫病毒(NDV)灭活苗(KV)和HVJ-E+KV,于免疫后7、14和21d采血,测定血清中IFN-β、IFN-γ及抗NDV抗体的水平;免疫后21d以NDV强毒进行攻毒,攻毒后2、4、7和10d采集口咽腔、泄殖腔棉拭子分离病毒,以探讨HVJ-E作为NDV灭活苗佐剂的效果。结果表明:HVJ-E能显著提高NDV灭活苗的抗体产生水平并促进干扰素的分泌(P<0.05),添加HVJ-E佐剂的灭活苗的保护率为100%,排毒率为0%,显著提高免疫鸡的保护率。证明HVJ-E具有很好的免疫佐剂特性。
To evaluate the immunoadjuvant effect of HVJ-E on the killed Newcastle disease virus(NDV)vaccine,SPF chickens were randomly divided into four groups,and were immunized with PBS,hemagglutinating virus of Japan envelope(HVJ-E),NDV killed vaccine and co-inoculated with HVJ-E and NDV respectively.Chicken blood samples were collected at days 7,14 and 21post-immunization for antibody and interferon-βand interferon-γdetection.All chickens were challenged with virulent NDV strain on day 21 after vaccination.On days 2,4,7and 10 post challenge,oropharyngeal and cloacal swabs were taken for virus isolation.The results demonstrated that HVJ-E could obviously enhance antibody titers and promote interferon production immunized with the NDV killed vaccine(P〈0.05).Co-injection of HVJ-E and the killed NDV vaccine could improve the immunization efficacy and provide 100% protection efficacy without virus shedding,indicating that HVJ-E has good immunoadjuvant effect.
