轮机协同训练平台中的角色问题及协同策略 被引量:8

Roles and cooperative strategy in marine cooperative training platform

摘要 根据团队协作训练与考评要求以及实际船员角色分配,在模拟器和虚拟机舱平台基础上,提出协同训练解决方案和角色管理策略,重点解决协作训练模型建立、角色权限管理、人物晋级策略设计等关键技术.结合轮机模拟器,利用模糊评判方法计算综合分数,并依照积分策略完成个人积分的计算与累加,实现了船员协作训练与评估,有效补充和丰富了当前船员训练与考核体系. In accordance with the requirements of cooperative training and assessment,as well as the actual roles assignment of crew,a cooperative training solution and role management strategy were proposed based on engine room simulator and virtual engine room,which focused on some key technical issues,such as modeling of cooperative training,role authorization management,designing of promotion strategy.The fuzzy evaluating method was applied to get the comprehensive scores based on engine room simulator.And the promotion strategy was applied to calculate and cumulate the personal scores.The system is suitable for the crew's cooperative training and assessment,which is helpful to supplement and enrich the current crew training and assessment system.
