摘要
本文对于影响铝系RC高光喷墨打印纸质量的涂层表面的"亮斑"弊病进行了测试和成因分析,判定"亮斑"产生的原因是由于吸墨涂层表面受到摩擦产生了细微的划痕,由于划痕内部空气和涂层之间折射率的差距引起划痕界面处光线的折射和反射,导致在涂层局部表面的反射光发生了改变,从而出现"亮斑"弊病;并提出避免或减轻铝系RC高光喷墨打印纸"亮斑"弊病的解决方法。
The testing and analysis methods were carried on, for the bright spot drawback on gloss ink jet printing paper's coatings. The reason of 'bright spot' was due to the minute scratches on coating surface. Because of the difference of refractive index between the coating and scratches, the light reflection and refraction phenomenon occurred between the interface of both, so the local light reflection of coating surface would be changed, the 'bright spot' appeard. At the same time ,the solutions were proposed in order to avoid 'bright spof drawback problem on coating of gloss ink jet printing paper..
