摘要
不孕症是指女子婚后夫妇同居2年以上,配偶生殖功能正常,未避孕而未受孕者,或曾孕育过,未避孕又2年以上未再受孕者。作为一种常见病、多发病,近年来,不孕不育症的发病率呈上升趋势。目前全球约有1亿不孕不育患者。一般认为其病因可能与环境污染、生活节奏加快、精神紧张、流产比率增加等因素相关。中医药治疗不孕不育症源远流长,优势明显。笔者在长期临床实践中,认为不孕不育症与肾、心、肝、脾相关,辨证论治,效果颇佳。
Female infertility is the married couple living in 2 years or more, the spouse ＇s reproductive function is normal, without contraception and not pregnant, or had been pregnant, and more than 2 years of contraception without pregnancy. As a kind of common disease and frequently occurring disease, the incidence of infertility is increasing in recent years. About 100 million infertile patients are currently around the world. It is generally considered that the cause of the disease may be related to environmental pollution, life rhythm speeding up, mental stress, abortion ratio and other factors. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility has a long history, and the advantages are obvious. In the long-term clinical practice, the author thought that infertility is related to heart, liver, spleen and kidney. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation showed very good effect.
