摘要
目的探讨中医针灸联合推拿治疗颈源性头痛的效果。方法选取我院2013年7月—2014年5月收治的颈源性头痛患者92例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用中医针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予松解手法推拿治疗。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者VAS评分及ROM评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者VAS评分及ROM评分均明显低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸联合推拿在治疗颈源性头痛中的效果显著,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture an d moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of cervical headache. Methods From July 2013 to May 2014, 92 cases of cervical headache patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. The observation group received massage therapy techniques release on the basis of the control group. Results The therapeutically effective rate was of the observation was95.65% which was higher than 80.43% of the control group, and the comparative difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the VAS score and ROM scores between the two groups had no significant difference（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS score and ROM scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of cervical headache has significant effect, and can be widely applied.
