摘要
目的研究并分析在护理管理中使用管理循环法的效果。方法从2014年1月开始,在我院的护理管理当中实施管理循环法,并选取同期住院治疗患者共103例,将实施后的护理质量合格率和患者满意度作为观察组,将2013年1月—2013年12月的相关数据作为对照组,对2组数据进行分析和对比。结果观察组的护理质量合格率明显高于对照组,观察组的患者满意度显著高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论将管理循环法应用在护理管理当中,能够使护理服务的质量得到大幅度提高,并使患者更加满意,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of using ma nagement cycle method in nursing management. Methods From January 2014, the management cycle method was implemented in the nursing management in our hospital. At the same time, a total of 103 cases of hospitalized patients were selected as observation group, and the qualified rate of nursing quality and patient ＇s satisfaction were observed. From January 2013 to December 2013, the relevant data were taken as control group. The data of the two groups were analyzed. Results The qualified rate of nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of management cycle method in the nursing management can greatly improved the quality of nursing service, and make patients more satisfactory. It is worthy of popularization and application.
