摘要
目的评价思维导图结合典型病例在急诊实习临床带教的应用效果。方法以典型病例为切入点,将思维导图引入急诊实习带教教学中,将60个实习学生按随机数字表法分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用传统带教方法,实验组采用思维导图结合典型病例的带教方法,2组学生实习前后均进行考试。结果 2组学生在实习前的成绩比较无统计学意义,具有可比性,经过实习后,2组学生的成绩均有提高,但实验组学生的成绩提高更显著。结论思维导图结合典型病例提高急诊实习教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of mind mapping combined with typical cases in emergency clinical practice teaching. Methods Taking typical cases as a starting point, the mind map was introduced to emergency clinical practice teaching. 60 cases were randomly assigned to experimental group of 30 cases and control group 30 cases. The experimental group received the teaching methods of mind mapping combined with typical cases, and the control group was given the teaching methods of convention-al teaching. Before and after treatment, all students took the exam. Results Before treatment, the two groups' exam results were not statistically significant, and were comparable. After practice, the exam results of both groups were improved, but the experimental group improved more significantly. Conclusion The mind mapping combined with typical cases improve teaching quality of emergen-cy practice.
