摘要
以山东能源新矿集团翟镇煤矿为例,分析了煤炭企业当前面临的困境,介绍了其在生产经营过程中降本增效的具体做法,认为持续创新模式是企业增盈提效的关键经验,以期为今后煤炭企业治亏创效、渡危求进提供参考和借鉴。
Based on Zhaizhen Mine, Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group as a case, the paper analyzed the present puzzledom faced to the enterprise and analyzed the certain practices on the cost reduction and the benefit increased in the production and operation process. The paper held that a sustainable innovation mode would be the key experiences of the profit increased and efficiency upgraded in Zhaizhen Mine in order to provide the references to the deficit control and profit increased and the danger passing and progress seeking for the coal enterprises.
