似乎在一夜之间,中国迎来了旅游业发展的黄金时期。李克强总理在今年的政府工作报告中表示,"落实带薪休假制度,规范旅游市场秩序,迎接正在兴起的大众旅游时代。"根据世界旅游组织的统计,2015年中国前往欧洲的国际游客数量超过6亿人次,位居首位,比2014年增加2900万人次。前往亚太地区的游客数量达到近2.77亿人次,比2014年增加1300万人次。前往美洲地区的游客近2亿人次。
Online Travel Agent(OTA), which is dif erent from traditional travel agent in operating patterns, has developed dramatically in recent years. Having experienced competitions on price and market, the leading enterprises(like Ctrip, Qua, and LY.com) have respectively entered into their own strategic development period. According to the statistics from iR esearch, a 307.79 billion-yuan transaction has been made in online travel in 2014, up 38.9% over last year. What is more, the volume of transaction will probably maintain a double-digit growth during the following 4 years, and it is expected to reach over 800 billion yuan in 2018.
