烧结配料皮带秤误差的产生的原因及解决方法浅析

摘要 配料皮带秤在烧结生产过程中大量使用,如预配料称量、配料称量及烧结成品矿计量等方面,对烧结成品矿质量起着根本性的作用。如何在当前钢铁大环境触底的情况下,通过用好烧结配料皮带秤提高成矿质量及产量是一个亟待解决的问题。简要介绍了皮带秤工作原理、秤架构成以及重钢新区烧结厂配料皮带秤现场使用情况,针对原料供应紧张及矿质品质较低导致粘接、掩埋、损坏传感器,引起称重误差,使得烧结矿质量不佳等问题,理清故障处理思路,找准问题核心,并提出了解决的办法,可以有效保证配料系统的顺利运行,最后简要介绍配料皮带秤在运行中的主要故障现象及处理。 Proportioning belt scales are used widely in sintering process, such as pre-proportioning weighing, proportioning weighing and finished sintering product weighing, etc., which play fundamental roles in improving sintering product quality. It is an urgent problem to be solved in steel environment at present that how to improve the quality and yield of finished sintering products by using belt scales correctly. The principle of belt scale, receptor structure and field application in sintering plants of Chongqing Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. are introduced briefly. The raw materials in short supply and minerals with low quality make sensors adhered, buried, damaged, which cause the weighing error raising and then affect the product quality directly. Aiming at this situation, the solutions are puts forward based on clarifying the thoughts of fault handling and finding the core of issue, which can effectively guarantee the proportioning system running smoothly. Finally, a brief introduction of the main fault phenomena and treatments of proportioning belt scale in the operation is given .
