摘要
目的考察基于聚合物双水相萃取技术所得葛根黄酮搽剂对神经根型颈椎病大鼠的疗效。方法采用椎管插线法建立神经根型颈椎病大鼠模型,随机分为搽剂高、中、低剂量外用给药组、阳性对照组和模型组共5组,通过行为学和病理形态学考察药物的作用。结果造模后,大鼠术侧前肢弯曲,五趾紧缩,落地即抬起。给药10 d后,模型组大鼠症状无明显改变;葛根黄酮搽剂中、高剂量组和阳性对照组自发痛值、步态评分值降低,游泳时间增长,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),受损神经根出现空泡样变、坏死灶和轴突扭曲症状减轻。结论葛根黄酮搽剂能有效减轻神经根型颈椎病大鼠的神经根性疼痛,改善受损神经根状态。
Objective To investigate the effects of pueraria flavonoids liniment based on aqueous two-phase extraction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy rats. Methods Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy rat model was established by inserting the nylon thread to spinal canal. The rats were randomized into 5 groups: high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,positive control group and model group. The effects of pueraria flavonoids liniment on behavior and pathological morphology changes were observed. Results After modeling,the foreleg of operation side was bent,five fingers were huddled together,and the feet lifted as soon as touched the ground.After 10 d medication,the symptoms were not improved in model group. Compared with model group,the spontaneous pain value and gait score were decreased( P〈0. 05),while the swimming time was increased in high dose,middle dose group and positive control group( P〈0. 05). The number of neuron vacuolar degeneration,cellular necrosis,and axon distortion were alleviated. Conclusion Pueraria flavonoids liniment could relieve the radicular pain of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy rats and improve the damages of nerve.
