摘要
高压锅炉汽水温度测量一直是生产维护中的难题,锅炉检修或临时停炉,均会对温度计的可靠性造成影响,炉机波动频次高,温度计可靠性随之下降,最终造成泄漏或损坏,长期困扰高温高压蒸汽管线温度测量的稳定运行。经过3年的研究及实践,在电力设计安装技术基础上,将电站高压蒸汽温度测量安装方式做了改动,取得良好效果,解决了实际问题,并申请了实用性专利。
High pressure boiler soda temperature measurement is one of the most difficult problems in production maintenance,maintenance of the boiler or a temporary halt to the furnace,will cause certain influence to the reliability of the thermometer,boiler and steam turbine running fluctuation frequency is high,the thermometer with the decrease of reliability,resulting in the thermometer,leak or damage to the long plagued the stable operation of the high temperature and high pressure steam pipeline temperature measurement.After three years of research and practice,on the basis of electric design and installation technology,I＇m going to install power station high pressure steam temperature measurement method to make the changes,take a good effect,solved the practical problem,and apply for the patent of practicality.
