摘要
随着我国环境治理力度的加大,环境规制的规模和程度也逐渐提高,这会对企业的技术创新产生一定的影响。合理的环境规制,不仅能控制环境污染还能激发企业进行技术创新,使得市场结构更加良好,社会更加和谐,同时增加企业经济效益。在此基础上,基于面板数据,实证检验了环境规制与企业技术创新的互动机制。应该从长期动态的角度来认识环境规制与技术创新的关系。
With the increase of China＇s environmental control efforts,the scale and extent of environmental regulation have also gradually improved,which will have a certain impact on the technological innovation of enterprises.Reasonable environmental regulation can not only control the environmental pollution,but also stimulate the enterprise to implement technological innovation,make the market structure better,a more harmonious society,and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on panel data,the interaction mechanism between environmental regulation and technological innovation of enterprises is tested empirically.It is suggested that the relationship between environmental regulation and technological innovation should be studied from adynamic perspective of long-term.
