摘要
目的探讨D 2-4 0在生殖系统腺瘤样瘤病理诊断中的应用。方法 2 2例生殖系统腺瘤样瘤依据病理形态及免疫组织化学指标C K、C R、D 2-4 0、C D 3 4、K i-6 7的表达结果诊断腺瘤样瘤。结果腺瘤样瘤的免疫组化结果 :肿瘤上皮样成分C K呈阳性,间皮C R、D 2-4 0呈阳性,C D 3 4呈阴性。结论生殖系统腺瘤样瘤确诊依赖于病理诊断,免疫组织化学检测C K及E MA、C R、D 2-4 0、K i-6 7有助于诊断,其生物学行为是良性。
Objective To study D2-40 in diagnosis of adenoma tumor in reproductive system. Methods 22 cases of adenoma reproductive system tumor were examed pathological features of immunohistochemical CK、CR、D2-40、CD34、Ki-67. Results 22 cases of adenoma tumor, Immune phenotype： epithelioid tumor ingredients CK positive, mesothelium CR, D2-40 positive, CD34 was negative. Conclusion Reproductive system adenoma tumor diagnosis depends on pathological examination,immunohistochemical detection CK and EMA CR, D2-40, Ki- 67 is helpful to diagnosis, its biological behavior is benign.
