摘要
通过文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法，对休闲体育在山东省全面建设小康社会中的价值进行分析。研究认为：在全面建设小康社会过程中依然存在比较多的社会问题，例如人口老龄化所带来的经济问题，城镇化的发展带来的人际关系淡漠问题，生活水平的提高、科技、交通等的发展带来的“现代文明病”等问题。这些问题的出现促成了休闲体育的发展，而休闲体育的发展也解决了这些社会问题，从而在一定程度上促进了山东省全面建设小康社会的实现。
Through the methods of literature study and logical analysis,the value of leisure sports in the comprehensive construction of well - off society in Shandong province were analyzed. Research shows that there are still many problems in the social process of comprehensively building a well - off society,such as the economic problems caused by the aging population,the inter personal indifference brought by the development of the urbanization,and other modern civilization diseases arised from the improvement of lioing standards,science and technology and transportation. These problems leadto the development of leisure sports,while the developmentsof leisure sports also solve these social problems,so as to promote the realization of building a well - off society in Shandong Province,to a certain extent.
