冲击矿压巷道支护锚杆杆体材料优选 被引量:27

Optimization of bolt rod material used in rock-burst roadway bolting

摘要 针对目前冲击矿压巷道锚杆支护存在变形量大、锚杆易破断的问题,在实验室对HRB400,HRB600和CRM600三种锚杆杆体材料进行了常规力学性能试验和冲击载荷下力学性能试验。试验结果表明,CRM600锚杆材料不仅能够满足常规巷道支护的要求,在冲击载荷作用下表现出优越的瞬时延伸性能和吸能能力。在瞬时冲击载荷作用下,CRM600锚杆材料总变形量为HRB600锚杆材料的7.9倍,为HRB400锚杆材料的1.5倍;冲击全过程总吸收能量为HRB600锚杆材料的4.2倍,为HRB400锚杆材料的2.1倍。CRM600锚杆在冲击矿压巷道支护井下工业性试验中克服了锚杆破断的问题,巷道变形得到有效控制。 The conventional mechanical property tests and mechanical performance tests under the impact load of threebolt rod material of HRB400,HRB600 and CRM600 were conducted in the laboratory in view of large deformation andbolt fracture problem in the rock-burst roadways. The test results show that the bolt rod material of CRM600 can notonly meet the requirements of conventional roadway support,but also show a superior instantaneous extension perform-ance and energy absorption ability under impact loading. The total deformation of CRM600 bolt rod material undertransient impact loading is 7. 9 times of HRB600 bolt rod material,and 1. 5 times of HRB400 bolt rod material. The to-tal absorption energy of CRM600 bolt rod material in the whole impact process is 4. 2 times of HRB600 bolt rod mate-rial,and 2. 1 times of HRB400 bolt rod material. CRM600 bolts overcomes the problem of bolt rod break in the under-ground industrial test of roadway bolting support under rock-burst,and the deformation of roadway was effectively con-trolled.
