摘要
为推进基于临床真实案例的临床微生物学检验课程教学改革,根据医学检验专业岗位和标准,从医院检验科收集病例及相关数据,经加工和提炼,在Microsoft EXCEL 2010上构建病例资源库。经初步应用,效果良好。
According to the standards of laboratory medicine, real cases from clinical laboratoryin the hospital were collectedand- processed. The case library was constructedwith Microsoft EXCEL 2010. It was preliminarily applied in the course of clinical microbiology examination. The results showed that the constructed case library can obviously improve the teaching effect.
