摘要
齐热哈塔尔水电站引水隧洞长达15.66 km,其中有3.345 km处于高地温环境中,高温会对喷射混凝土内部孔隙结构造成严重影响。为了有效的研究喷射混凝土在高温下孔隙结构的分布特征,采用CT技术对混凝土试件断面自上而下进行扫描,获得了混凝土断层扫描影像;并结合图像分析软件Image-Pro Plus对混凝土孔隙结构分析处理,以获得混凝土在不同温度下其内部孔隙变化特点和孔隙在混凝土内的分布特征。分析结果表明:混凝土孔隙率是随温度的变化而变化的;温度升高,混凝土的孔隙率也随着增大,并且混凝土内的孔隙绝大多数是沿着骨料周边发展的。
The hydropower tunnel of Qire Hataer have 3.345 km of 15.66 km in high temperature environment that high temperatures will severely impact on the internal pore structure of shotcrete.In order to effectively study on the distribution characteristics of pore structure under high temperature,using CT technology to scan the concrete cross section from top to bottom,received concrete tomography Imaging,and Image-Pro plus to ananlysis the pore structure of concrete for get at different temperatures within the pores of the concrete characteristics and distribution characteristics of pores in the concrete.The results show that the porosity of concrete varies with the,temperature changes,increases the porosity of concrete,and pore of concrete mostly along the aggregate development on the edge.
