摘要 采用随机区组设计,研究以黄泥、椰糠和珍珠岩为材料的11种基质配方对肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)容器苗生长的影响,测定苗高、地径、侧根数、鲜干质量等生长指标,并采用因子分析法对育苗效果进行评价,结果表明:不同基质配比对肉桂容器苗有显著影响,经因子分析并进行综合评判,选用黄泥(60%)、椰糠(20%)、珍珠岩(20%)的混合基质育苗效果最好。 By randomized block design, effects of 11 kinds of substrate formulations which yellow earth, cocopeat and perlite on growth of Cinnamomum cassia container seedlings Growth indexes such as seedling height, ground diameter, lateral root number, quality of were measured. Effect of seedling growth was evaluated by factor analysis. Results showed materials were were studied. fresh and dry that effects of suhstrate ratios on growth of Cinnamomum cassia container seedlings were significant. By factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation, yellow earth (60%), cocopeat (20%) and perlite (20%) was the best substrate for cultivation of Cinnamomum cassia.
