摘要
目的了解泰安市公共场所集中空调冷却塔冷凝水军团杆菌污染状况及消毒效果。方法通过现场采集水样和细菌定量检测方法,对山东省泰安市34家公共场所集中空调冷却塔中冷却水和冷凝水军团杆菌污染情况和清洗消毒效果进行了检测与评价。结果消毒前中央空调冷凝水和冷却水中军团菌总阳性率为22.06%,冷却水污染更严重。采用彻底清洗空调系统中冷凝器和冷却盘,用含有效氯1 000 mg/L^2 000 mg/L消毒液喷洒消毒30 min,可使冷凝水和冷却水中无存活军团杆菌检出。结论泰安市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水中军团菌污染较为严重,应当定期使用含氯消毒剂进行清洗和消毒处理。
Objective To understand the legionella contamination status and disinfection effect of condensation water in central air conditioning cooling tower among public places in Tai'an city.Methods Using the method of water samples collection on site and bacteria quantitative detection,the legionella contamination status and disinfection effect of cooling water and condensation water in central air conditioning cooling tower among 34 public places were detected and evaluated.Results The total positive rate of legionella among cooling water and condensation water in central air conditioning before disinfection was 22.06%,and the pollution of the cooling water was more serious than the condensation water.After Thoroughly cleaning the condenser and the cooling plate of air conditioning system,then spraying disinfection with chlorine disinfectant of available chlorine 1 000 mg / L to 2 000 mg / L for 30 min,the survival legionella was not detected in the condensation water and cooling water.Conclusion The legionella contamination status of cooling water and condensed water in public places central air conditioning is serious,so regularly cleaning and disinfection should be conducted.
