摘要
MDEA溶剂对高酸性气体的脱硫脱碳具有净化度高、能耗低、稳定性高、防腐蚀性及选择性强等优点,但用于含有较高有机硫天然气净化时,单纯MDEA溶液的脱除能力难以令人满意。随着国内高含有机硫海相气田的相继投产,开发出脱有机硫能力强的溶剂越来越重要,华东理工大学研制的UDS复合配方溶剂率先在川东北高含硫气田的普光和元坝净化厂进行了工业试用,取得了较为满意的效果。
In the process of natural gas desulfurization by methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),MDEA solvent exhibited higher desulfurization and decarbonization capacity to high sour gas,including higher purification degree,low energy consumption,high stability,corrosion resistance and selectivity.However,for the purification of natural gas containing higher organic sulfur,the desulfurization effect of single MDEA solvent was unsatisfactory.With the commissioning of domestic high sulfur-containing marine gas fields,the development of solvent with higher desulfurization capacity to organic sulfur is more and more important.UDS composite formula solvent developed by East China University of Technology was firstly used in Puguang and Yuanba Purification Plants for high sour gas field in Northeast Sichuan,which achieved satisfactory results.
