Abstract： First of all, the paper discusses the mechanism of reinforcing unsaturated and saturated soil foundation with dynamic compaction method, and puts forward the construction preparation, parameters, points for attention and quality detection in the compaction of highway subgrade; the paper introduces the applicable conditions and the relevant requirements of dynamic compaction treatment, which can provide design and construction references for dynamic compaction treatment of highway foundation.
