摘要
目的探讨影响腋臭伤口愈合的相关因素及其护理方法。方法根据我科收治的60例腋臭患者进行分析讨论,随机将其分为两组,每组患者30例,其中一组患者给予术后的常规护理为观察组,另一组患者在术后进行系统的研究影响腋臭伤口愈合的相关因素并给予实施相关的护理措施为对照组。结果两组患者在治疗和护理后对于愈合率进行比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腋臭术后给予患者相应的护理,避免产生影响伤口愈合的因素,加强对患者进行术后的健康教育和管理,可提高腋臭伤口的I期愈合率。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of axillary wound healing and nursing method. Methods According to the 60 axillary osmidrosis patients who were admitted to our hospital were analyzed and discussed,random divided into two groups,30 patients in each group,which group of patients give postoperative routine nursing care for the observation group,another group of patients in the postoperative of system effects of axillary osmidrosis wound healing related and give the implementation related nursing measures for the control group. Results After treatment and nursing care,the two groups of patients were significantly better than the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Axillary osmidrosis surgery given nursing care of patients with the corresponding,avoid factors affecting wound healing,strengthen patients underwent after the health education and management,can significantly improve the stage I of the approval of the wound healing rate.
