摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法对照组患者采取谷维素配合整肠生治疗,实验组在此基础上加用安肠方。观察2组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后腹痛情况、腹痛天数、腹胀天数、排便满意度、生活干扰均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果较好,可改善患者临床症状,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To explore the clinical effects for the patients with IBS by traditional integrated western medicine. Methods The control group were treated by oryzanol combine with bacillus licheniformis capsule,on the basis of the control group,the experiment group were treated by anchang fang. The clinical effects were compared. Results The experimental group total effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,days group after treatment in patients with abdominal pain,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,number of days and the degree of defecation,life interference were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionIt has good clinical effect,it can improve the clinical symptom,reduce the recovery time.
