摘要
目的探讨分析河南省西部地区2003-2013年三级医院罕见病住院患者的分布情况,了解罕见病的分布特征,为进一步进行罕见病流行病学研究提供科学依据。方法采集汇总河南省38家三级医院2003-2013年河南省西部地区罕见病住院患者病历进行描述性研究分析。结果排名第1位的罕见病类型为先天畸形、变性和染色体异常,占罕见病住院患者的35.59%。在男性罕见病住院患者中,先天畸形、变性和染色体异常占32%,血液及造血器官疾病和某些涉及免疫机制的疾病占18%,神经系统疾病占13%。在女性罕见病住院患者中,先天畸形、变性和染色体异常占40%,血液及造血器官疾病和某些涉及免疫机制的疾病占15%,神经系统疾病占13%。前10种罕见病中,大动脉先天性畸形男女比例为0.72,前庭功能疾病男女比例为0.65。其他罕见病男女比例为1.22~6.41。不同类型的罕见病中,男女比例差距较大,肛门及直肠区的裂和瘘男女比例为6.41,男性罕见病住院患者人数远高于女性。中位年龄位于10~30岁年龄段。结论不同类型罕见病患病人数有较大差异。不同性别主要罕见病类型不同,不同性别罕见病患者人数不同。不同年龄段主要罕见病类型不同,儿童主要罕见病为先天畸形、变性和染色体异常,且儿童罕见病住院患者人数远高于其他年龄段患者。罕见病人数逐年增加。
Objective To analyze the distribution of patients with rare disease in three- level hospitals in the west of Henan province from 2003 to 2013,understanding the distribution characteristics of rare diseases,and provide a scientific basis for further epidemiological studies of rare disease. Methods The data of patients with rare disease coming from 38 hospitals in the west of Henan province were collected for the descriptive study. Results The type of the rare disease ranking first is congenital malformation,degeneration and chromosomal abnormalities,which accounts for 35. 59% in hospitalized patients with rare disease. In male,congenital malformation,degeneration and chromosomal abnormalities account for 32%; blood and blood- forming organs disease and some diseases involved by disorders of the immune mechanism account for 18%; neurological diseases account for 13%. In female,congenital malformation,degeneration and chromosomal abnormalities account for 40%; blood and blood- forming organs disease and some diseases involved by disorders of the immune mechanism account for 15%; neurological diseases account for 13%. In the first ten types of the rare disease,male to female ratio of artery congenital malformation is0. 72; the ratio of vestibular function disorders is 0. 65; the ratios of the other rare diseases are 1. 22 to 6. 41. Different types of rare diseases have a big difference,the male to female ratio of the cleft and fistula of anus and rectum is 6. 41. The median age is approximately 10 to 30 years old. Conclusion The numbers of patients with different types of rare disease have a big difference. In different types of main rare disease,different genders have different prevalence rate of rare disease. In different types of main rare disease,the numbers of the male and female are different.
