摘要
某厂转炉铜渣中铜含量较高,约为6.11%,其中大部分为单质铜和硫化铜。铜矿物与主要的脉石矿物铁橄榄石嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒度粗细不均。为了回收铜渣中的铜,对选铜工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在-0.074 mm含量90%,pH=6,硫化钠用量200g/t,丁基黄药用量120g/t,2#油用量120g/t的条件下,采用2粗3精1扫,中矿顺序返回的流程,可以得到品位36.5%,回收率69.5%的铜精矿。
The copper slag in a plant has a high copper content of about 6.11%,in which most exsist as pure copper and copper sulfide.The copper mineral,with uneven disseminated size,has a complex embedded relationship with fayalite,the main gangue mineral.In order to recycle the copper,the flotation process was studied.The results showed that under90% of-0.074 mm particle,6of pH value,200g/t of sodium sulphide,120g/t of xanthate and 120g/t of terpenic oil,the copper concentrate with grade of 36.5%and recovery rate of 69.5%could be obtained through the process of twice roughing,three concentrate and one scavenging with middling returning ordinal.
