摘要
为了从源头上保障饮用水安全,对南宁市邕江饮用水源地的工业企业环境风险源进行了识别和等级评价,提出了针对性防范措施。结果表明,（1）基于工业企业风险因子状态,距离和污染控制管理等要素构建的风险评估指标体系与等级评价方法可提高饮用水源地环境风险管理水平。（2）筛选出的南宁市190家工业企业,农副食品加工业（淀粉、制糖企业）、造纸及纸制品业、化学原料及化学制品制造业、饮料制造业、有色金属冶炼及压延加工业等对邕江饮用水源地构成重大威胁。（3）评定为Ⅰ级~Ⅱ级高风险以上企业8家,Ⅲ级中风险企业36家,Ⅳ级以下风险企业146家。（4）在优化产业结构及其布局基础上,南宁市迫切需要开展饮用水水源地环境综合整治和联防行动。研究成果对水环境管理与污染控制具有重要参考价值。
In order to effectively guarantee the security of drinking water sources,this article had identified and assessed the environmental risk of industrial enterprises to the drinking water source of Yongjiang River and proposed specific prevention measures. The results showed that：（1） the evaluation index system and gradation evaluation method established by distance,pollution control management and other elements could improve the level of environmental risk management of drinking water sources,based on the risk factor status of industrial enterprises.（2） among the selected 190 factories,agricultural and sideline food processing industry（ starch and sugar manufacturing factories）,papermaking and paper product industry,raw chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing,beverage manufacturing,smelting and pressing of nonferrous metals had caused a significant threat to the drinking water sources of Yongjiang River.（3） 8 factories were assessed as high risk grade I ~ Ⅱ,36 factories were assessed as medium risk grade Ⅲ,and 146 factories were assessed lower than IV grade.（ 4） on the basis of industrial structure optimization and its spatial distribution,comprehensive environmental improvement and mutual defense actions were urgently needed and this research output had provided important reference value for water environmental management and pollution prevention and control.
