摘要
企业生产经营沙盘可以模拟企业运行状况,使学生通过分析市场、制定战略、组织生产、财务管理等一系列的活动,体会企业经营运作的全过程。要想更好地学习这门课程,教师可将合作学习模式引入教学中,通过小组内成员间以及不同小组间对企业运营不同观点的碰撞,促进学生各项技能得到提升,从而更好地实现教学目标。
Production and operation of an enterprise can be stimulated through ERP simulation,so that the students could experience the whole process of the enterprise operation through the analysis of the market,formulating strategies,organizing production and financial management and so on.In order to learn this course better,teachers can introduce cooperative learning model into teaching,and promote the students＇ skills through different points of views in different groups,so as to better achieve the teaching goal.
