摘要
在改革开放不断深入、市场经济逐步完善、网络社会日益形成、新媒体力量异军突起的时代背景下,青年教师容易受到多元文化、多样价值观念的影响,导致师德状况出现新的变化。因此,教育工作者应该把师德师风建设作为头等大事,加强师德建设需要根据时代变化和对象特征不断更新和改进。
Under the background of the deepening of reform and opening up,the gradual improvement of the market economy,gradually formed social network and the rise of the new media,young teachers are vulnerable to multiculturalism,and influenced by diverse values.Therefore,our educational workers should put the ethics construction as the top priority,and strengthen the construction of teachers＇ morality according to the changes of the times and the characteristics of object.
