摘要
运用团体心理辅导技术对高校毕业生进行就业指导,不仅能够有效的丰富高校就业指导课的课堂内容,改变传统高校就业指导课的形式,还能有效的调节课堂气氛,缓解学生课堂压力,增强课程内容的感染力,从而强化就业指导课程的教学效率和质量。
The application of group psychological counseling to college graduates＇ employment guid- ance, not only can effectively enrich the classroom content of the university career guidance courses, but only change the form of the traditional college employment instruction, effectively adjust the atmosphere in the classroom, ease the pressure of the students, and strengthen the infection of the course content. Thus strengthen the teaching efficiency and quality of employment guidance courses.
