摘要
本文采用文献研究法、访谈法和调查法,随机抽取粤、赣、闽2000名中小学教师为样本,考察中小学教师新课程适应性水平。结果表明:(1)中小学教师新课程适应性由"新课程理念适应性、新教材适应性、教学实践适应性和适应能力"四因素组成,经探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析,表明中小学教师新课程适应性的内涵结构具有良好的信度和效度;(2)中小学教师基本能适应新课程,其中新课程理念适应性、教学实践适应性水平较高,新教材适应性处于中等水平,新课程适应能力水平较低;(3)影响中小学教师新课程适应性的主要因素有教师自身素质、教师主观努力和学校。
On the basis of literature review and research and interview, randomly chose 2000 primary and middle school teachers from Guangdong as subjects, Jiangxi, Fujian, has investigated teachers' adaptability on new courses. The result shows that :( 1) teachers' adaptability on new courses include four dimension, which are new ideas of curriculum, new teaching material adaptability, the teaching practice adaptability and adaptive ability, and its scale has good reliability and validity;( 2) the primary and middle school teachers adapt to the new curriculum, the teachers' new ideas and new teaching material adaptability is at a higher level, the adaptive ability is low, the teaching practice adaptability is in the medium level;(3) the quality of teachers, subjective efforts and the school is the main factor affecting the primary and middle school teachers 'adaptability on new courses.
