摘要
我们通常只是把教师专业道德看作为教师专业发展的组成部分,而没有从根本上认识到教师专业道德对教师专业发展的总体性建构作用。这种总体性建构包括对教师知识的建构、对教学技能的建构、对教学模式的建构。因此,我们更应当把教师专业道德看成是一种关于教学的专业规范,而不是通常意义上的道德问题。为此,应当加强对教师专业道德规范研究,以其建构起教师专业发展的方向和重要内容,并建立起专业道德考核指标体系,以及加强对教师专业道德的培训。
We usually regard teacher's professional morality as a part of teacher's professional development, for we haven't learned the holistic structure of teacher's professional morality to teacher's professional development, which contains the structure of teacher's knowledge, teaching skills, and teaching model. In some way, teacher's professional morality is a kind of teaching specifications instead of usual morality. So, research about teacher's professional morality should be strengthened, which should be the soul and main contents of teacher 's professional development, and meanwhile, assessment index system of teacher's professional moral rules should be set up, and training of teacher's professional morality also should be strengthened.
