摘要
在分析技术标准化和技术创新运行机理的基础上,明晰两大系统之间的交互作用,运用系统动力学方法构建随过程发展演变的技术标准化与技术创新交互模型,以更好地挖掘两大系统之间的交互关系,为完善技术标准化体系和提升技术创新能力提供理论依据,为有效联结两大系统、构建协调的技术基础结构、共同促进经济增长提供一个新思路。
Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism in technology standardization and technological innovation, the illustration of interaction between the two systems, this paper constructed a system dynamics model about the interaction between technology standardization and technological innovation with the process of evolution, which can better mining the interaction mechanism between the two systems, contributes to build an open and coordinated technical infrastructure, provides theoretical basis for the improvement of technology standardization and the promotion of technological innovation ability, provides a new idea for effectively linking the two systems work together to promote economic growth.
