福建某铜钼多金属矿选矿厂工艺设计

摘要 选矿厂原矿石为含铜、钼、硫、铁等复杂难选多金属矿石。本文根据矿山设计规模及矿石性质,参照类似矿山生产实践进行选矿厂设计。详细介绍各工序的主要设计内容,并进行方案比较,最终选择合理的工艺方案及流程,为同类型的难选多金属矿山设计提供参考。 Run-of-mine ore of a dressing plant is polymetallic ore containing Cu,Mo,S,Fe and so on,which is complex and difficult to process.According to the scale of dressing plant,the ore characteristics and the practical experience of similar plant,the dressing plant is designed.In this paper the main design contents were introduced.At the same time,the design schemes were comprehensively compared,and the suitable scheme and process were determined.It can provide a reference for the similar mine design with refractory polymetallic ore.
