摘要
以荣格原型理论为观照视角,立足人格面具、阿尼玛、阴影和自性几个重要原型,对《死者》主人公加布里埃尔进行分析解读,以透过众多显性表征充分彰显加布里埃尔的整体形象、性格特点、人格构成及其动态发展、渐趋平衡的变化态势。加布里埃尔既有着积极正面的人格面具,且因对之过分认同而出现人格面具膨胀;其阿尼玛内涵复杂,既有以其妻格莉塔为具象所体现的正面特质,又包含众多负面内容;同时,其人格结构中蕴含着自私利己之阴影,而其本人则不知不察。在圣诞之夜诸多意外事件促发下,加布里埃尔于顿悟中感知阴影的在场,开启全新的自我探索,接纳阴影,促使其与人格面具达到对立统一,实现动态平衡,从而走向自性,获得新生。
This paper analyzes and interpreters Gabriel,the protagonist inThe Dead,by using Jung＇s archetype theory and based on the important archetypes of persona,anima,shadow and individualization in order to highlight through various overt features Gabriel＇s overall image,disposition,personality as well as the dynamic development and balancing trend of his personality.Gabriel had a positive persona and due to his over-identification of it,persona inflated in him.His anima possessed complicated connotation,including both positive elements embodied by the concretization of his wife Greta and many negative ones.At the same time,there was a shadow of selfishness in his personality,of which he himself was unconscious.Triggered by a series of unexpected incidents on Christmas Eve,Gabriel perceived in epiphany the existence of shadow,accepted it after making a new self-exploration,and urged it to be united with persona,which helped him to realize the dynamic equilibrium,move toward individualization and finally obtain reincarnation.
