摘要
通过对CVT中间变压器结构以及相关标准测试要求的分析,设计出了对该部件介质损耗进行测量的回路。对不同时期生产的各类型号的产品测试发现,出线端子板的材料会直接影响测量结果,并最终确定环氧玻璃布板是造成CVT中间变压器介损大的主要原因。
In this paper,the circuit for measuring dielectric loss of intermediate transformer is designed through the analysis of intermediate transformer structure of CVT and the related test requirements. It is found on various types of products which were produced at different times that the material of outgoing terminal board will affect the measurement directly,and it is finally determined that the main reason for the big dielectric loss of intermediate transformer of CVT is epoxy glass cloth sheet.
