摘要
某电厂500kV并联电抗器运行两年后变压器油总烃、氢气含量超标,铁芯接地电流过大。对变压器油进行色谱实验,分析特征气体的含量、比例及绝对产生速率,结合DL/T722—2000中推荐的三比值法对电抗器故障进行推断。运用热成像技术测量运行中电抗器的温度分布,以及吊罩检查均验证了对电抗器的故障推断,并将电抗器故障成功消除。
A power plant' s 500 kV shunt reactor had been running for three years,the content of total hydrocarbons and hydrogen in transformer oil is exceeding, the current of the core grounding is higher than the standard. The con- tent, ratio and generation rate of the gas were analyzed depending on the chromatography experiments based on the three-ratio method of the DL/T 722--2000 standard. The reason of the equipment failure was tested and verified by the thermal imaging and hanging hood inspection. At last we successfully eliminate the shunt reactor' s malfunction.
