社区教育“三进三促”合作模式的实践研究

摘要 慈溪市社区学院通过社区教育"进学校促共建"、"进社团促传承"、"进家庭促和谐"的活动,提炼了社区教育"三进三促"合作模式。从调研社区教育运行现状入手,通过合作活动的实践,建立了合作保障机制,并取得了合作的成效。这种全方位、深层次、多元化的合作不仅充分整合了社区教育的各类资源,同时也提升了社区教育团队的服务理念,促进了社区教育的深化发展。 Cixi community college has refined community education of "Three Entries Three Promotions" cooperation model by carrying out series activities of community education, such as "entering schools to promote cooperation", "entering communities to promote heritage" and entering families to promote harmony". By studying the current situation of community education and the practicing cooperation activities, the mechanisms of cooperation has been established and the effectiveness of cooperation has been achieved. This comprehensive, deep and diversified cooperation not only fully integrate the community education of various kinds of resources, but also enhanced the service concept of community education, and promote the further development of community education.
