摘要
项目如何获得基金资助是每位研究人员一直在探求的,进而掌握好科研选题技巧是项目获得基金资助的有利保证。只有认真把握好选题的基本原则及意义,提出科研问题并有正确的科学认识,能通过实验获取数据,进而产生一定的社会效益及经济效益,才能获得同行的认可,这样的项目才有可能获得基金的资助。笔者结合自身感悟,对科研选题技巧及科学认识的形成刍议。
How to obtain funded for the project has been explored by each of the researchers,to master research selected topic skills is favorable guarantee to get funded. Only good grasp selected topics to the basic principles and significance,asking research questions and having the right scientific understanding,and to obtaining data through experiments,can produce some of the social and economic benefits,and get better fund project and obtain peer recognition. The research selected topic skills and scientific understanding formation were discussed by author＇s own perception.
