摘要
采用快速成型技术与熔模精密铸造相结合的方法成型了ZTC4钛合金支架。分析了RP支架模型收缩、铸件收缩、变形、浇不满、表面粗糙度等工艺问题。通过对支架模型缩量、铸件缩量、浇注系统的设定及防变形筋设计,制造出符合技术要求的ZTC4钛合金支架。
ZTC4 titanium alloy stem was cast by using the method of rapid prototyping technology combined with precision casting. The process problems, such as shrinkage of RP stent model, shrinkage of casting, deformation, incomplete filling and surface roughness were analyzed. Through setting stent model shrinkage, casting shrinkage and gating system, and anti-deformation bands design, ZTC4 titanium alloy stents which meet the technical requirements were manufactured.
