该文聚焦于建筑行业从业人员素质提升问题,基于对从业人员管理层和作业层的划分,对其发展问题进行分析;并在此基础上,基于新时期的发展实际和技术方式,有针对性地提出优化对策。
Focused on the professional quality improvement of construction industry employees, the paper, based on the classification of the executive and operational personnel in the field,analyzed the development issues, and combined with the current development situation and technical means in new times, presents some correspondent optimization measures and suggestions.
