摘要
项目管理是农业科研管理工作的核心内容。文章从科研管理者角度出发,总结项目申报前、立项申报和实施管理不同阶段的工作内容,提出项目管理人员应具备专业知识储备与信息收集能力、申报材料的编写能力、良好的协调与沟通能力和计算机操作能力等,以期为科研管理人员更好地开展项目管理工作提供借鉴。
The project management is the core content of the agricultural scientific research management. From the perspective of scientific research managers, the working contents of the different stages were summarized from the anterior declaration of the project, the declaration of the project establishment and the management implementation. It was suggested that abilities in four aspects were needed for the project managers, i.e., the professional knowledge and the information collecting ability, the declaration materials′ writing ability, the coordination and the communication ability, the basic computer operation ability, etc. This will supply the scientific research managers as a reference in the work.
