摘要
680 MN多功能模锻挤压机是集模锻与挤压功能一体化的多功能液压机,其主要受力部件活动横梁组件在不同工况下受力情况十分复杂。针对以上问题,680 MN多功能模锻挤压机的动梁采用由4个动梁剖分组件组成动梁主体,通过钢丝和螺栓共同预紧方式进行设计。采用ABAQUS 6.10有限元分析软件对动梁的设计模型进行不同工况、不同受力情况分析。为了保证动梁在钢丝预紧过程中所受预紧力达到设计要求,采用在缠绕过程中动梁组件上的单向应力区粘贴应变片的方案,同时对压机动梁受力情况进行监测分析。有限元分析和实验表明,采用以上设计的680 MN多功能模锻挤压机可以达到使用要求。
The multi-function forging-extrusion press 680 MN is a multi-function hydraulic press combining die forging with extrusion function, and the forces acting on the activity crossbeam component as main stressed components are very complex under different working conditions. For the above issue, the main body of the moving beam of multi-function forging-extrusion press 680 MN was formed by consisting four moving beam dissection components and the pre-tightened type of wire and bolt. The moving beam model was analyzed by ABAQUS 6. 10 under the different working conditions and different forces acting on the moving beam. In order to ensure the pre-tightening force acting on moving beam to meet the design requirements duing the pre-tightening process of steel wire, the scheme of sticking strain gauges was adopted in the unidirectional stress zone of moving beam component during twining process, and the stress distribution of mov- ing beam was monitored and analyzed. The finite element analysis and experiment show that multi-function forging-extrusion press 680 MN can meet the practical requirements.
